The Creative Carte Blanche challenge for November 2016 is to use sewing stitchery, fabric or some combination of these i making a project. I decided to use fabric and machine stitching on a card.
Given my lack of hand function, I won't say a whole lot here... I'll just share progress photos and a product list.

I used the Woodlands die from Sizzix to cut trees in a pale green and a forest green from card stock scraps, I ran the pale green through my Xyron 500 sticker maker and stuck them to the background. I then used the negative space on those trees and matched the dark green pieces to fill them, resulting in...
Finally, I die-cut a sentiment from "sparkly" red card, backed earlier with the adhesive from try Xyron Sticker maker... and mounted the card base to a refolded note card...
Products used in making this card were:
- Dies: Sizzix thinlits "Woodlands" (660978) and Handwritten Holiday" (660979)
- Paper: "Distressed" ivory card stock and scrap pale green, forest green and sparkly red card; The Paper Company Value Pack Notecards "Ivory"
- Embellishments: Scrap fabric (acorns and holly); Ofray "Garbo" ribbon in dark green; Dark Green thread
