I started with one of the new "shifter" layering stencils from Stampers Anonymous and Tim Holtz. I masked it off and used two colors of Distress Oxide Ink to create some rows of diamond along one side of an A2-sized cut of Neena Solar White card. Then, placing a new Altenew half-tone stencil so that the dots matched the little dots at the tips of the diamonds, I used one of the same Distress Oxides to randomly apply different sized dots across the remaining blank portion of the card. Trimming the card and matting it with card matching one of the inks, I mounted it on an ivory card base:
