I first stamped the image in Archival Ink and, diluting the powder with water, I brushed the Color Burst pigments over the stamped scene. I accented, using a dry brush and the Liquid Metal pigment (which doesn’t really show up that well on this photo but really adds a sparkled to the scene in real life):
I cut two pieces of scrap card stock, 3” by 6” and arranged them at angles behind the colored scene and attached this assembly to the card front.
