I decided to experiment with color and, while I'm not at all sure the card works, I'm submitting it anyway.
FIrst, I used a stamp and Distress Oxide Inks to create a rainbow-striped background on a white notecard. I spritzed the card with water to make the Distress Oxides bleed and run:
