I used an Impression Obsession cover-a-card stamp called "Tapestry 2" (CC025 C-A-C) , "Archival Ink "Vermillion", and scrap white card stock to create my "designer paper"! Then I had to come up with something that would WORK with that busy background.
I have a set of flower stamps from Serendipity Stamps ("Flower Pops" 1304M and "Flower Pops Negative" 1318) which had some chrysanthemum-like flowers that looked a lot like the flowers in the tapestry. I used Distress Ink "Abandoned Coral" and Distress Ink Cracked Pistachio" to stamp flowers and leaves and then shaded them with a detail water brush and Distress Markers" Fired Brick" and "Peeled Paint".
The whole card was collaged using matte medium and redline tape;
