As red is the color of love we would like tho see a hint of that in your creation too! “
I had some red-and-white going over the weekend with some left-over scraps so I c=decided to do a bit of recycling. First, I took a piece of scrap red card, stamped a heart with Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I then fussy cut the heart and set it aside for later use:

Another scrap, from an Authentique 6 x 6 paper stack, became a panel for the front of the card. I wrapped it in two colors of ribbon, added a white-on-red panel with a stamped sentiment, and used some squares to mount the fussy cut heart:
It needed a bit of bling, however, so I added some red and white sequins to finish the card:
