"...include a natural element in your vintage or shabby chic project. Think real twigs, leaves, shells, pebbles. Or ... include a die cut or a stamped or stenciled image representing a natural object."
I was going for clean and simple yesterday so I elected to use a stamped image of a "natural" object... or in this case, objects: butterflies, dragonflies and bees! I stamped them in Archival Ink and colored them with InkTense Pencils and Wink of Stella pens:
- Stamps: Inkadinkado stamp # 8791-X and a!stamps "Butterfly Wishes" (0700301-H)
- Iks: Archival Inks "Watering Can" and "Library Green"; Intense Pencils "Sun Yellow" (0200), :Tangerine" (103), "Ink Black" (2200), "Baked Earth" (1800), "Madder Brown" (1920), "Teal Green" (1300) and "Sea Blue" (1200); Wink of Stella "Clear" (999) and "Silver" (102)
- Papers: Paper Studio notecard "white" (225359); scraps of pale green card; Neena "Solar White"
