I used a detailed background stamp, Versamark ink, Neena white card stock and three WOW! embossing powders and followed the tutorial on the website. The result was this:
So I searched for a sentiment stamp that worked for me, stamped it in Distress Ink on the palest green card and applied it to the card front. Voila!
- Stamps: Penny Black "Scroll Tapestry" (1992 M) and Wordsworth Stamps "My Heart" (S-965-I)
- Inks: Versamark Distress Ink "Forest Moss"
- Embossing Powders: WOW! "Primary Lemon" (WH06R), "Metalline Green" (WG03R) and "earth tone Blueberry" (WJ06R)
- Papers: Neena white (80996); Stamping' Up! "Forest Green" (1-2365); pale green scrap; Paper Studio Value Pack Notecards "ivory"
- Adhesives: ScorTape
I ran out of Paper Studio notecards with this card, and my brand new, first tie ever used WOW! embossing gun died on me in the middle of the embossed panel (Second embossing tool in a month! I am cursed! Or embossing guns are...)
