While in Florida, I was playing around with different coloring approaches for a single floral stamp and colored one tag using Inktense pencils. I brought the another tag home with me uncolored, so I took out my Distress Markers and water and got to work:
I took my alcohol inks and colored some heirloom roses and some Prima flowers:
- Stamps: Heartfelt Creations "Bella Rose Lattice Background" (HCPC 3396)
- Inks: Archival "Jet Black"; Distress Ink "Abandoned Coral"; Distress Markers "Fired Brick", "Candied Apple", "Worn Lipstick", "Pine Needles", "Forest Moss", "Peeled Paint", "Twisted Citron", "Picket Fence", "Hickory Smoke"; Adirondack Alcohol Inks "Watermelon", "Poppyfield", "Raspberry", "Pink Sherbet", "Shell Pink"
- Papers: Avery Shipping Tags 4 3/4 x 2 3/8; Scrap red yardstick
