I went with several flowers of a tropical nature. Our own potted hibiscus is blooming now in our sunroom and I wish we did have plumeria and frangipani in there but they wouldn't survive our summers, let alone winters. I fell in love with these flowers when we lived in Saudi Arabia and renewed my love affair with them on our cruise to French Polynesia. Can't get more fantastic than these tropical blooms, in my opinion! And luckily, I have the Tim Holtz die set to make them with!
I used scraps of different colored card stock, backed with adhesive on my Xyron sticker maker, and nearly every one of the dies in the set. I them layered them on a Tahiti blue card base and added a sentiment in metallic gunmetal grey to complete the card:
I'm also entering this in the Frilly & Funky Challenge for February15, 2017: Out of the Cold.
